- Coming from either side approaching Damansara Heights, you'll always be facing uphill beasts, be it from Bangsar, Bukit Kiara, or even Jalan Semantan (of it's immigration side).
- I've been accompanied by Ally and Aldo, the 2 most athletic siblings you'd ever meet.
- This ride was planned last minute (literally), only with the help of a GPS unit - more of a detour back from Bangsar Village if you ask me. We took some routes twice, mainly for to and from purpose (as illustrated on above map by a slightly brighter red, not as clear I know, try the site).
- We didn't use several routes to avoid highway and back tracking.
- This NOT REALLY a loop, more of only because we started and finished on the same spot.
- Completed in 1 hour 03 minutes give and take (Start 5.30; End 6.33 ±)
- Total distance: 11.36 km
- Elevation: Peaks at 136m for my route (Yes, Damansara is much higher than that)
- Whatever goes up must come down, so I guess there were some rewarding yet modest descends.
Yellow to Green - Easier when darker green (Descend)
Yellow to Red - Harder when darker red (Ascend)
Day well spent.
