To purposely talk about someone knowing that, that particular someone is listening to every word, in hopes of him/her to react or listen to it with "bombastic" language usage (namely - "Exactly" in an accent) so that him/her would be pissed and with that think that victory is gained.

For him/her listening to it with "bombastic" language used is a pain in the ear (because your bombasticity is as horrid as me saying bombasticity). He/she is not pissed and conclusively, victory is gained only because you think so (a.k.a. You Fail)
