Target: Who else

After 11.30am, generally, the volume of my speakers are always on minimal, and the subwoofers would always be turned off, or I'd listen to classical music.

Bedtime: 1.30am - 2am

From 1.30 onwards, if I so happen to be still awake, I'd use my headphones from then on.

Your complain states that loud music can still be heard from 2am onwards. It happened to be so "loud" that both the upper and lower level could hear my music.

"IS THAT RIGHT?"
Please, I was dead asleep by 2am this morning.
I had a satisfying meal of Japanese food the night before and the only music I made was due to my fart, which was probably silent but deadly enough to kill you.
Why target the teenager anyway? Because we're stereotyped as metal music listeners, the hardcore rock kinda "BING BANG BOOM" music?

"Hey F*ck you!"
Just in case you didn't know, most of us have a wider span of music knowledge than you people who only know how to complain, when clearly your hearing aid is malfunctioning, giving you that "loud" music you've been complaining about
Oops! Did I just say hearing aid? I AM NOT SORRY.

And learn how to classify genres next time, you make yourself sound dumb, lacking expressive terms.
Nice meeting you by the way, and don't worry, I'd bring more people for my upcoming barbeque gathering, then we can rock your hearing aid.

You'd wish you never had complained now.

Geographical Time Frame

Out of sheer boredom, I have constructed the ultimate geographical time frame. So ultimate that even idiots can understand my route.

Start: M'sia >
Stopover: S'pore  (5th Dec) >
Destination: New Zealand (10th Dec) >
Stopover: S'pore (25th Dec) >
End: M'sia (28th Dec)

Cool ayh? (*facepalm* Lame Howie, lame...)

Wrong & Defective Product

To me, Apple's customer care and after-purchase service is really good - but it still lacks. Why do I name this post wrong & defective?

I had always wanted to get a new pair of headphones for myself after say, 2 years without them (or at least 3rd party). I finally did today, decided to pamper myself a bit - tis' the season. I got myself a new pair of iPod headphones for rm129. Not the price you'd pay for, but like I said, I'm pampering myself after 2 years without em + Christmas.

Machines in Lot 10 did make me smile ever since I set foot in to the store. Customer service is great, but theres more.

The train ticket from Bangsar to KLCC with the Kelana Jaya line, to and fro is exactly rm4, plus the walking distance, which I obviously don't mind. All in all it is very very cheap (not to mention green effective too!)

Never would I have thought that I'd open a box, to find the supposedly sealed white packet, unsealed, with the wrong product, and not to mention defective also.
Box states, "Earphones with Remote and Mic",
I got "Earphones with yellow decolourised jack with a blown left bud and torn rubber tip"

Instead of Bangsar, I got down at Midvalley's stop, knowing that they house Machines also. Took them roughly half an hour to get it resolved and here's where my suggestion comes in. Instead of me going back to the original store to get it changed where it includes me going there again (which is honestly quite far), why can't you guys implement a simple immediate change? The receipts all you need for the next round of stock count and shipment.

Imma clarify a few things, I do not think it would be Apple's fault to have a wrong and defective product inside. Someone clearly swapped the products and sealed the box back pretty well. Who? That's no longer my business (but hey - F*ck you! Pay for what you want instead will ya?!). Apple's great, kudos to the customer service who worked their ass off to remedy the situation, making calls and what not.

Don't get ahead of me now. I'm just gonna see what happens as I plan my next journey down to Lot 10 to get it changed, hopefully for the better.

Update 1: Just got off the phone with the store manager of Lot 10, all seems well. (20/11/09)

Update 2: Just got the headphones exchanged, no questions asked. Journey there was a breeze (22/11/09)

page 101 of Eats, Shites & Leaves - crap English and how to use it. It made me laugh for no reason, or so you think...

This post is better left untitled.
This is how it shouldn't end...it shouldn't, but it did.

Rest in peace Chandni, you're in a better place now.
The pain is gone, you're free...

Honed Experience

Life and death is way beyond our decision.
Can I add more to defend that statement? No, I'm merely a human.

I have this as a congruent thought in my mind.
I might not express myself so well in the form of words,
I'd rather throw my expressions out on a, give and take, 60 bars composition instead.

Everyone thinks differently. Fend this statement, or agree, I have my foot down.
Today, I was in a serious mix of emotions.
As much as I HATE going to the hospital (It's just a really sad place to go to), I'm there for a friend.
No names mentioned, I rather not, I don't wanna be caught up in an intersection if there is one, just not now...

Cancer, ya know, it's just inevitable.
I've met smoker who have been smoking for ages, yet still so "healthy" (I still hate cigar smokes);
and of course I've met people who exercise everyday, yet are more vulnerable.
Genetics or hierarchy, science or God, life or death. The stones are better left unturned for me.

I broke down, literally and I'm not afraid to admit.
Thought about who I've lost and who I'm about to lose.

I've had multiple episodes, about him and about everyone else.
It's not something you'd wanna experience, it's gut wrenching.

Am I having psychological problems? I beg to differ
Am I hiding behind the truth? Sometimes
Do I need help? Yes, and I'm on the verge of losing it.
Everyday I hear people leaving. Leaving, and never coming back.

Sometimes, we hide behind our truths, and I can say it's OK to be that way, just not too long.
In fact, we do it subconsciously everyday.
Nothing happened today huh? Even what happened in the afternoon? We just carry on with our lives.
I guess we can blame no one, we're not crafted to be sad, or at least I'm not, very very awkward.

We meet very realistic people at times
Trust me, they don't come by very often

Happen to meet a taxi driver who has been a Certified Microsoft Software Engineer?
Let him know I said Hi from Bangsar - the one who commented on your lost radio set.
Yes sir, it's optional indeed. Nice exchange of sense and humour.
Haven't had that with people in a long, long time.

Politics are crap I agree.
To me, they break everything.
But what's life without it huh?
A plain old, "nothing to fight about" scene.
I'd prefer it so, tho it ain't pretty either way.

Everyone's point matter, regardless of orientation and age.
Why? Seems a bit too much for you to unite?
Wars don't do any better anyway.

I'm only trying to explain myself
and ALL OF THESE happened in one day.
the sudden realization of everything that is enough to keep you thinking for the rest of the day.
This are just my thoughts in summary, don't flame me in dismay.

Address Book Crash Solution (Snow Leopard 10.6.2)

Snow Leopard has been bugging me for almost 3 weeks since I purchased it, no doubt. Frequent crashes when launching Mail, iCal, Address Book, Safari, you name it.

Thinking 10.6.2 update would solve my Address Book problem, I sit in front of my mac everyday, lumbering with whatever I can do that wouldn't crash on Snow Leopard while waiting for the update. Yes, I check software update everyday and frequently google 10.6.2 for the build updates - thats how much I rely on my Mac.

10.6.2 arrived yesterday, and to my dismay, it still crashes iCal and Address Book.
Came up with 2 useless solutions for me:

1) I thought a simple clean install would do the trick and it did...for until the next time I update Address Book.
2) Googled around and came to this. But I have never created Smart Groups before, so that was not for me.

But then out of desperateness
3) User / Library / Application Support / Address Book and literally TRASHED everything (except for MailRecents v4). It works for me.

*Note tho: I previously tried to bring back my whole address book content from Leopard by first making a back up, upgrading to Snow Leopard, then bring back my contents from the back up made. That crashed Address Book, but it did copy all the metadata (or contacts) and stored it in place. So by dumping everything and restarting Address Book, it somehow end up to bring back all my data without crashing. If you're starting off new, I recommend that you DO NOT try to bring back your contents from your back up after trashing everything, it might just mess up Address Book again, instead, do it before hand.

Update: 10.6.2 seems to be holding up pretty well actually. iCal, Address Book (after solution), Safari, Skype 2.8 and Mail aren't crashing anymore.

Just for a loaf of bread

Coincidental means
- I watched Mythbuster's episode on sonic boom breaking glass yesterday night.
- Thunder literally "boomed" the ceiling lamp out at the main entrance of my house 15 minutes ago give and take.

All I wanted was...
...a loaf of bread from the convenient store downstairs.

But then...
...whilst waiting for my elevator down - KABOOM! PRIANG! PSHT! DING!

And...
...not only did the thunder scare the !@£$% out of me, it was blinding. Enough the rupture the ceiling lamp.

Aren't you gonna clean it up?
It's scattered everywhere now, and I'm too lazy to clean it up just yet.

The science behind this...
...is that thunder by nature is a sonic boom created by the r.h.a.e.o.a (figure it out, I had to do the same in acoustics masterclass) in a discharge...

...and not to buy bread during a stormy weather

I got pwned.

I resort to antibody

I've been having sinusitis for the past 6 days, and it IS getting better by the second.

I am refraining from medication and/or med help.

My antibodies need to exercise a bit.

Sinusitis or regular flu normally goes away 8-10 days after prior beginning in the first place. So I'm not far.
